Growing up in different countries taught me to adapt quickly and stay curious about new environments. That flexibility, combined with my multilingual background, shaped the way I approach both life and work: I learn fast, I connect easily, and I find creative solutions in any setting. Along the way, I earned a degree in Finance and launched my own small business during the pandemic, where I discovered how essential marketing is to business growth. To build on that experience, I pursued a Master’s in Marketing and explored areas like logistics and e-commerce. My style is minimalist; I value clarity and simplicity, but I also pay attention to detail with a touch of perfectionism. Most importantly, I always make sure that my work aligns with each company’s brand image and maintains consistency across all channels.

My last name Nurtau means “Mountain of Light” in Kazakh. I chose to carry my father’s last name because I want to bring him into every success I achieve. In my family, mountains have always been part of our identity, and growing up in Almaty surrounded by the Tien Shan only deepened that connection. As Kazakh nomads once lived on the mountains and drew strength from them, I see mountains as a symbol of resilience, clarity, and progress. They remind me to face challenges with optimism and to keep moving upward with purpose.
That spirit also defines how I work. Marketing feels natural to me because I enjoy every part of it, from building strategies to designing visuals and telling stories that resonate with people. When I’m doing what I love, I am fully engaged, bringing both creativity and discipline to my work, and that passion drives me to deliver results that are meaningful as well as impactful.
